At Compassionate Hamilton’s spring event, family medicine and palliative care physicians Drs. Erin Gallagher and Matthew Yau led a community walk through Downtown Dundas. At this event, Drs. Gallagher and Yau explore the impact of community on living well with serious illness, as well as on death, loss and bereavement.
